That little addendum to the 8k stating that no shares were issued as a result of their not being able to pay thier debt was absolutely contemptible. They have refused to address shareholders for months but felt the need to throw that little bread crumb in at the end to minimize any complaints that might arise over them not being able to handle the company's business. Suddenly they remember there are shareholders out there. What do shareholders hate most? DILUTION!!! We'll tell them there isn't any and they'll love us!!!

It should read no shares were issued yet. They paid a broker 27 K to negotiate this deal for crying out loud. They pay a guy- who seems a little sketchy by the way- 27K instead to raise the debt by 120K but take heart:
