I called the China office before but get no useful information. Sorry, guys.

I went to China last Dec. Spent more that one month over there. Just returned.

I was shocked when I saw the current China. I believe that China will become the #1 country in the world soon.

Found an interesting news today. In 2001, the land price of the Shenyang Economy Zone, where AXM factory resides, was about US$125 per square meter. Now the price is about US$250 to US$300 per square meter. On Nov 2006, an institute bought 110,000 square meters land for $32M US dollars.

The size of AXM factory is about 60,000 square meter. It worths about US$15,000,000 to US$18,000,000 now. This is just the land. The factory property is not priced in.

IMO, we have nothing to worry about. If I have money, I would continue to buy.
