No public disclosures of material information since 3Q-2019 and well over a year without any reports.

You can safely say UAMA has failed, as in FAILED!

• TNW Wireless has failed, no operational cellular network and not carrying any traffic
• Patent litigation was a total waste of time and money, and it has also failed
• UAMA's cyrptocurrency (Bitcoin, etc) was ordered shut-down by Quebec Court.
• UAMA halted mining operations and now just rents equipment out to others
• $47M bankruptcy of Teliphone-Navigata-Westel has totally gutted UAMA, Investel, et al
• Rumors from ex-employees say company has no employees left and no money!

After all the BS Press Releases the results are in keeping with the nearly perfect track record of Mr. Benoit Laliberte. He's not a manager or CEO material and every business he has led has ended up in the tank.
