I don't consider any of my posts to be just emotions, I consider them to be educated opinions that may differ with another's. That used to be called healthy debate or discussion where I am from.

I also don't believe I ever questioned someone's due diligence the way you are seemingly questioning mine now.

Yes, I have done my homework about the economics. However, I am a realist who understands that the economics are provided by the company (and associated/contracted partners) trying to construct the mine, and capital investment firms may have completely different criteria to accommodate their risk tolerance. Our individual homework means absolutely nothing outside of our respective investment positions and if potential financing partners don't see it the way you and I see it, then it's a moot point.

I can't say that this mine will be financed, but I can say I HOPE it will be. It seems to make sense that it should be, at least.
Ultimately I am a believer in this company because I have faith in the management to get the job done, and I think there is a real necessity for a domestic supply for these types of minerals and resources stuck in the ground.

I hope you understand I am not being contradictory for the sake of it, and I'm not trying to be argumentative, I just read a lot of posts on this board that seem to ignore any critical questions of the company and blindly believe for better or worse.

I'll probably take a break from posting for a bit and go back to hibernation like I had the past 4-5 years!
