I’m 57 1/2, two yrs from being able to withdraw from both my Traditional and Roth IRA’s which hold - 70% of my shares.

I never trade in my standard Schwab stock accounts as I’m more concerned about getting hit with 40% capital gains (held less a yr). The largest chunk I have sold and bought back was approximately 20% (twice) but mostly chunks of 5,000 to 10,000 shares and only when the volume is high so I can be pretty comfortable getting back in. If I sold a chunk of 20% at this point and got totally shut out due to BO I would still be ahead of just sitting on my shares.

Too many years in this stock, too many lies and delays under both CEO’s and too many purchases at what I thought would offset any dilution (pre-split $1.42 CN offering (warrants expired), $1.20, $1.01, .80. .45. .35, .21, .09 ..... see the trend. Never in right direction.

This stock went to mid two’s pre-split and has been going down to under a dime before RS and then close to that after. My LAST AND FINAL purchase was at .79 (post-split). After that, I only play with house money but will NEVER Purchase another share of this stock.

Even though I was in the green it’s been dead money for 10 years and could’ve made seven figures with the $ I have in this stock just in equity funds.
