Ideally yes. Because of the track record of it I wouldnt count on anything its 100% a lotto play. However, because of the massive short position on it and the fact its a trip zero with a 46 MILLION OS anything will send this to the moon like last time. Wait for Yellen to pour treasury bucks into the market and watch how all OTC stocks fly, especially this one. Last time this ran so hard was when the discussions of it were happening...hmmm...This share structure is unheard of at this price and if I were a custodian like David Lazar or Paul Moody I would bust my ass of to acquire a clean shell like this for a reverse merger with that share structure no reverse split would be needed. Just my opinion thought GLTY.
