Trade in an IRA... simple. No need to worry about capital gains. Sell high, buy back lower.

You don’t have to trade your entire portfolio, but taking good bites absolutely makes sense to lower cost basis.

Holding and only buying more when it was at 2.80 to $3.00 plus doesn’t seem smart to me as a more way to accumulate. But hey, keep spending.
