The beauty of Rossi's capital raise is that he proved in 2019 that his business model works. All he needed was capital to make sales fly. The orders seemed to always be sitting there. Inventory and lag on production to delivery were major issues. That's all solved now with this 2nd production facility coming on line.

Tier 1/2 factories in the mix to move his plan forward. That speaks volumes to me and say the 2nd half of this year will be monumental.

Remember how strong he ended 2019? That will be nothing compared to what he'll be able to accomplish before the EOY 2021 IMO.

80M shares to blow this business model up. Great deal IMO.
