Electrolysis is a whole different thing though. When the wind is blowing the electricity generated can be converted to Hydrogen by electrolysis and then stored. The wind generators do not have to be operating 24/7 to provide enough electricity for electrolysis. Just a few hours a day would be all that is needed to make the system work. The wind is blowing somewhere in the country every day and in some parts of the country it is always blowing. Ask me how I know? Because I have lived in a couple of those areas. LOL. Fossil fuels will not be needed if electrolysis to generate Hydrogen is the goal. Forget about wind generating electricity for the grid. Too many problems.
