agreed, I would like to think with a new judge getting these he would like to get these off his desk and we should here something within the month. This moves very easy. Suspension is what caused folks to bounce right now, they made some money so why lose it if your up and concerned. There is no reason for sec to look here right now and if they do they conduct a thorough investigation here and if they are looking at social media pretty easy for them to see how many people are linking this to synergy and seeing its up on speculation of custodianship and not manipulation. I truly believe this has time till September for that and really do not think it will come down to that. However it is a risk and people can buy to their tolerance
