the market was prepped about the warrants perhaps analysts have short term memory..

It seems the earlier date may be due to them now being classified as a "large fast filer" or whatever due to their new market cap, they have to report in 60 days not 75.

seems they were rushed thats for sure - hope this delay is regarding that and the boiler plate text in the 8K was not related to the actual reasons...

Paul Middleton has to be under the spotlight from the board
