UPDATE:

Looks like they raised $400k at an unknown share price and someone shorted 200k (probably up top). Nice way to guarantee your investment if you can get it. Hard to imagine how a volatile/delinquent stock like this can even be shorted but there it is. So, without reporting it's impossible to know how many shares outstanding??

SEC still cautions delinquent in reporting.

I'm still not clear what Theralink does or has that is different from when it was Avant (AVDX) Diagnostics / Theranostics Health (THI)?? Anyone?

And we still have this Mergenthaler deal that looks to dilute shareholders into oblivion, if I'm reading it right??
