Are we sure we just aren’t enduring 49% of the $205k debt issued at .0025 a share?

Makes the most sense to me. I can’t see Gardiner converting his, but the other shareholders why not?

Isn’t it better they convert now then when the real catalysts come so they don’t hold us back?
