I agree their communication skills - particularly PAul's should be better and they should have been better prepared, but the warrants are clearly defined in all the filings since their issuance, there is half a page on each in every filing and itw as clear that the early vesting of warrants for Amazon would lead to a one off charge of c $400m and the way they were accounting for the warrants meant that would be against revenues.

early on they did account differently but their auditors I believe told them to just charge against revenues as if it were a discount .

I dont see any reason for a law firm to consider any action.

now the delayed 10K might, we wait and see..

in either was it doesn't impact the current status of the business going forward into the $10 Trillion energy space.
