No news, no financials. Just one day closer to that caution sign which is why the stock tanked yesterday. Investors are starting to realize that merger deal they have been expecting for the last 18 months just isn't likely to come. And without it the stock is worth just about nothing.

If someone tries to convince you to buy a stock they usually have a personal agenda to do so. Not because they are concerned about you making money but about convincing you to buy so they can make money. Same is true for those yelling sell.
