I think they have some big stuff held back but huge might be a stretch considering cap structure. A r/s would only help all of us providing it isnt massive. I have run some numbers and all they have to do is get the price up a little and they can r/s to an acceptable pps with decent float. I am sure many wont agree with us on this but thats just their inexperience. I have more and more confidence in this company every day. I will admit I was a little worried for a bit but speaking to the CEO and seeing the videos has helped me. It also helps to see that they are making certain decisions about their professional team and services. They seem serious about the S-1 and uplisting. Its a tall order but they can do it if they stick to the plan and keep moving forward. If they file this S-1 and do an offering on the NYSE, I am liquidating several other positions with other tickers that I have on the NY and putting it into UATG. I will make more return on this than my DOW and S&P stocks. This will rival my COHN position! I am here for the ride.
