I got my proxy today from Ameritrade. Why do they have to go from 400 mill to 800 mill?
Why not just 500 mill? To save money on another vote? It’s a lot of dilution. I like the company’s ideas and products but things are moving so slowly and the price has come down. I’m glad I sold 60% of my shares at 1.20-2.10 but the stocks I bought are all down too. I’m hanging onto my 40K shares. I’ll probably vote Yes but I don’t like it. They are spending a lot of money. Let’s get some income before we spend more. They say we need more shares to prevent a takeover that isn’t in the best interest of the company and shareholders. I’d be happy with a takeover at 3.00 at this point.
