Posted in 2017...but that "article" has been going around ihub since I've been here beginning about 13 yrs ago. Just watch volume and charts and you can see with your own eyes the manipulation that goes on here and you can make your own assumptions. OTC does get shorted...dilution scams get decimated....real companies with plans that WILL get shorted and diluted trade much differently. They get "absorbed" by smart traders. Follow those stocks. $INND IS....one of THOSE stocks.
