IMO Here at AMC they just dump shares to keep the same old business model of high lease locations in dead malls across America. The slow motion train wreck of the last 5 years had them down to about 35 cents per quarter and there were some big box office hits during this time. So what is the plan other than burn cash through 2021 to stay alive? What movies are going to be even worth showing? This is not just get people back to the theatres. What are you going to show them? What will they pay for?

I like AMC, go to AMC, in the club thing, love the popcorn, but the bonus thing just pushed me over the edge and in my opinion they are being somewhat sneaky about the debt conversions with no concrete details, no 8K's that I know of.

Now the financials are scheduled but somewhat late according to historical trends. It had better be good one. What if they show another $5 loss??
