I think they are fine from sec. They filed a 15-12g last June. With their Puerto Rico operations about to kick off, I believe they had to lay low during that time. It says in their filings, the PR govt doesn’t allow public companies to operate there yet, which is why they formed a private JV and took a minority interest. If policy changes, then they have a right to buy the whole operation.

I believe they will come out with filings and speak once everything is ready to be revealed. I believe they went silent because of the sensitivity of PR government policy still evolving. Plus, Trump was in office last year and they probably decided to wait until a democratic president took office to be better protected with new plans. With Green rush coming, the stars could be aligned.
