I'm still figuring a lot of this out.
Since they can only sell the rapid PCR tests to CLIA certified labs my thought was if they could get CLIA certification they could cut out the middle man and capture that revenue themselves.
In my view CLIA certification would open up new revenues for them and offset the losses attributed to foreign competition with the drug tests.
Molecular tests aren't going to be sent out of the country for processing.
It's a process to set up the lab for sure but doing it now would produce results pretty quickly.
They could service upper NY and Western Mass from where they are.
They have 22 acres to build on.
