Former CEO selling 1.5M shares, $0.01 per share.

According to my records I have over 1.5 million shares of this POS.

Documentation in place that proves my ownership. If UAMA withholds stock it will be considered a RETALIATORY ACTION under Sarbannes-Oxley and Dodd-Frank.

If UAMA believed it was worth more they'd buy it and be rid of me as a shareholder. Until then I'll continue to warn the public of this fraudulent enterprise, even though I'm a shareholder with a vested interest in seeing the company be successful. Ethics more important to me and until UAMA replaces the convicted criminal CEO, as The Canadian Press has labeled him, I'll continue my crusade.

Don't forget everything except landlord operations of Blockdomes has failed! Wonder how much rent they collect. Maybe $10 to $20,000 per month $CDN is likely all.

Bottom line, they don't believe its worth $0.01 per share! And....they don't have the money!

That probably explains why no Pink disclosure or financial reports in over a year!
