I questioned the CEO and he told me that there is no ticker symbol and that it is not currently trading. This was after I noticed the Ticker EFOT that appeared in my TD Ameritrade account. Previously, it had only listed a group of numbers for this stock when it was trading privately. I can tell you that I would not think .0001 to be the opening price. There are only $47 million shares outstanding. When it delisted it was $0.05 and the 1 for 3 reverse split occured after the delisting. So price at that point in time would have been estimated at $0.15/share.
