so don't count your chickens before they are hatched, because Seamus will be inprisoned well before you think a dividend gets back dated

Once the board approves a record date for a dividend, the company is responsible to pay it out. so what you say is that, a record date of 2017 will get announced, and no one has been paid yet, and the Books do not show the equity of that dividend...Yep, definetly Prison
