I agree, but the real folks at fault are the management running these stop sign, defunct companies. They are the ones that make the decisions for what happens or doesn’t. I get it that a lot of start ups take time and effort to build for something big, but you need to stay compliant and current. Filbert is a good example of how he has slept on this for many years and hasn’t coughed up the money to file the paperwork. At this point he needs to SELL the shell and let someone else with a plan and some competence take over and do the right thing for investors and shareholders.
