I went back and read it again and I see that now. Scrolling through her tweets it does seem there is this 3/11 target for suspensions to stop so that may be all she's referring to.

Personally I don't think there's a worry with ITCJ getting suspended. I've got 3 from 2011 that got axed as part of a large culling after they went CE but they all had had recent nefarious activity. ITCJ hasn't done anything in a long long time, but anything is possible.

It still begs the questions though, if you were a legit company looking to back door your way onto the markets wouldn't select one that you felt pretty confident you could get cleared?
