FYI....I'm trying to figure out how to write off the defunct private placement stock.....and found this from delaware dept of state, division of corporations.....

Last Annual ReportFiled: 2018
Status: tax delinquent
Taxes due: $453,636

Its really pi***** me off that he will not respond with some kind of document showing that this company is worthless.
