There structure seems smart to me, you have a parent that can control each unit and keep each units liabilities away from the other. This is much more complex then we have thought and bigger then any of us could imagine imo. Marks comment to see how this plays using sthc seemed to be when they thought they were held up they wanted to start the process to get funding. Once everything started opening up and they could go get the tests done I believe they got back on track. All speculation, but reading through the presentation is impressive and very elaborate for some one to play with people
