The Z warrants only have value if the SEC deems them as a viable instrument of ownership. So homerun or strikeout for us depends solely on the opinion(s) of the regulators at the SEC. The frustrating part is not having and clue or inclinations of how they are going to view our complaint. Just because people are guilty of wrong doing doesn't mean they will be found guilty by a court of law or agency regulators. I apologize for my lack of positivity. My frustration level with this company and these people is becoming insurmountable. I would love to meet current and former execs. behind the school and settled this the old fashioned way.
