You have replied that the FINRA ban of Jeffrey LaBerge is from 2017 and I agree with that. He was barred from acting as a broker or investment adviser or otherwise associating with firms that sell securities or provide investment advice to the public.
LaBerge being barred is still current, per the FINRA website. Attached is a photo where the FINRA website says the ban is INDEFINITE. Which means, LaBerge is still barred.
Plus, this is NOT the Viaspace California IHub board. This is the Viaspace board. When Viaspace California sells its shares on a stock exchange or over the counter, a board will be created for it. Therefore, the Viaspace California information you placed in the ibox will be removed. I dont want potential investors to think Viaspace is a hemp company, because it is not.
