v2.0 of our CelSci P3 Overall Survival Calculator

Hello All: Interesting times indeed...

Here is version-two of our Sel-Sci OS calculator. Thank you to everyone who suggested improvements.

I've added:

1. Log rank analysis.
2. Improved labels.
3. An input to distribute the dropout rate among any number of early months (front-loading).
4. An input that weights the dropout rate more heavily to the test arm (or control) arm if you like.
5. Kaplan-Meier analysis with a "step" survival chart.

For the good of the order, I've included my guesses for all the variables. I'm estimating between 24% and 56% increase in OS. My motto: "Often wrong, never in doubt!"

Help! I'm getting ridiculously low p values in the "Log Rank" tab in cells E2 and P2. Does this look correct? (It looks like the OS can drop well below 10% OS-improvement and still be considered successful. Is this an error?)

Any other suggestions for improvements? Let me know.

As we approach the scene where Toto pulls the curtain from the wizard's control room, I hope this calculator will help everyone pre-position appropriately. (This includes the wizards who developed the "F-R Rule" and wizards shorting CelSci.)
