Good afternoon Mr. Lazar, I have been involved in several of your companies for several years, but I especially like XNNHQ for its narrow shareholding structure, the volume of the last days I don't know if it indicates that they are going to launch any catalyst or it is the market situation ?

So my inquiry is simple and again, having traded a long time I know you are prohibited from disclosing certain "inside" information. But if possible I would like your best estimate as to when financials will be filed with the SEC. And if the last reported Share Structure remains unchanged or has changed since the last report. My biggest concern there being the new reporting requirements announced on Sept. 16, 2020 concerning the adoption of amendments to Exchange Act Rule 15c2-11, and its impact on your company with the (OTC) market regulatory structure. Any information you may be kind enough and allowed to provide would be greatly appreciated.
