There is some major loading going on between 07 and 075, if you look at the chart the big volume wasnt on the way down this morning, it hit when we got in those low 7's. Big Loading to me is a good sign. Its only a matter of time before those guys are loaded up and we move up. We have seen this movie before. Now, i would still really like to see that promised PR today, build back that market confidence that appears to be waning. The CEO has this and in the end we are going to be just fine. $PVDG
