Good point and builds trust. I am trying to read https://d1io3yog0oux5.cloudfront.net/sec/0001477932-21-001182/0001477932-21-001182.pdf but it's long :) However I did see that the co. we are merging with in an all stock deal has way less shares then we do which is a positive. I think somewhere in the 117 million range while we are around 192 million. Hope someone objective reads the 8k and lays it all out in an article for easier comprehension. Good volume will get us past the barriers today. Hope she holds and builds now. Happy days...if your long.
