To make an educated guess at valuation of the merged companies it would be interesting to know:
Cash position - cbli itself now has about $15 million, imun has virtually none. Anyone know cyto current cash position?
Burn rate - cbli I believe is about $2 million/year. Anyone know how much cyto and imun burn/year?
These numbers would give an idea on how long the cash on hand might last and when additional fund raising (dilution) would be needed. I only own imun, so I am concerned about why it is not tracking the cbli share price and looking for clues to the answer.
