Overview of our situation ... $YECO... even though the symbol of the former company Yulong a Chinese construction company that made bricks ... it no longer exists
EV Biologics is the new name and registered with a new CUSIP number ... the old company and shareholders are completely gone, all that is left is the public corporation and shares which have been restructured as well .... 7.2mil OS and 1mil float
We are or will be fully reporting and moving to a new exchange here shortly , the OTC QX....with that we will also have a new Symbol ... not sure what yet but YECO.... the last reminder of the former business and any connection to China and bricks will be gone
