unlike what people keep saying management wasn't the problem with fonu it was their fonu's old toxic debt and the SEC giving them a time table that screwed us i hold both fonu and uapc and im not going to panic sell uapc I don't see this as managements fault just the stupid SEC and old toxic debt from before they took custodianship which would be 100% out of their control.

luckly like you said UAPC doesn't have the huge o/s and any debt like them and they are getting filings coming in here
