buccaneer1961 -> No, its just a part of a long list of reasons and supporting facts as to why P3 is to stay a part of the law suite.

The new case filings was just to rebuttable P3 trying to get out of the case.

It does not talk about the on going negotiations or case itself. Just a rebuttable to P3. We will have to wait till the filing due on March 8th by P3 Or the hearing set for March 22nd to hear more. That is if they do not settle an agreement before then.
