Yes this is like a hidden GEM, not everyone knows of this...only 6 million in the float...this is really is unheard of in the OTC...

These are still rock bottom prices and we should expect it at $10 imo...

They provide WIFI service to one of CHINA busiest railway that targets 1.3 billion users, to be have a contract with the gov't of CHINA makes this a win, especially with them being the one of the strongest economy in the world.
