What is Next?


Next official move is the filing by P3 due on March 8th. Hearing is set for March 22nd.


In the meantime, the case can be cut short/withdrawn if Jeff and the plaintiffs come to an agreement (Which is why the hearing was delayed for 2 weeks). So we will have to continue waiting until we hear what happens.
