Boy doesn't this sound familiar...same guy on EVCC previously...On September 23, 2020, Mr. Glass sold 58,000,000 million shares of common stock, representing approximately 96.67% of the shares he owned in the Company, and equal to approximately 60.73% of the total number of outstanding shares of the Company’s common stock, to Collingswood Capital Group for the sum of $85,000. Mr. Robertson, the principal of Collingswood Capital Group, became acquainted with Mr. Glass through a mutual associate and they subsequently negotiated a deal for his control block of shares in the Company. Concurrent with the sale of his shares, Mr. Glass resigned as a director of and from all positions he held with the Company but prior thereto the board of directors appointed Mr. Adeeb Tadros as a director and as the president of the Company.
