Most likely its only smoke and mirrors. Investigate FITX from the 2014 Pot Rush. They bought land in Canada, built a facility, bought a huge vault, held an investor party there, made videos for social media, and then disappeared.

After dropping all this money on what seemed like a real endeavor, suddenly it didn't work out, because it was all smoke and mirrors.

I've asked you this before; why work a job and build something when you can just swindle money from naïve investors?
