Meaning they’re going to become shareholders (locked in) and will be paid back, just not in one blow. Yung-CheFang alleged breach of contract, NOT that this is a scam. If this was a scam, WHY WOULD HE WANT SHARES?

There is also this suit by, “Engie Kahlil.” It alleged wrongful termination but nothing about a scam in the works.
