Rumor has it, that someone posted a pic of SEC correspondence in regards to MINE in a Facebook group. If this is true, I am willing to bet Julius caught wind, since he's all over the message boards incognito, and that is most likely why their Website went down, hide the evidence.

Websites don't go down for three days unless you take them down.
