And I will throw this out there, There's roughly 137 Million shares of WPRT, they could throw a bid !-share of CMI for 7 or 8 shares of WPRT, giving WPRT's share holders a buy out worth 30/40.00 a share on a all stock deal it would cost CMI 17-20 Million shares. Good Day ...
