Off label with an EUA, I thought EUA listed exactly what it can be used for and who can get it...

This EUA they are filing for is yet again a LAST CHANCE EUA after all other SOC was tried and failed.

If you mean “approved” as in FULL NDA.... DR JAVITT SAID IN CONFERENCE CALL THAT NDA IS NOT POSSIBLE NOW DUE TO THE FACT THAT WE DO NOT HAVE THE MANUFACTURING AND DO NOT HAVE THE FORMULATION REQUIRED BY FDA FOR SHELF LIFE....
