Why can't the Company give shareholders an equal amount to what our shares were worth at the time of suspension and what prevents them from doing that? If at the time of suspension my shares were worth 30 grand why can't they price them where they left off? Is there a law against that?? Or SEC regulation that says what was worth this much can now only be 1 tenth the amount? Or 1/100 the amount? Who and what determines it and what incentive is there for them NOT value the shares fairly?

Sorry that question is confusing and rambles but it's a confusing subject and seems like it'd be a win/win for company and all to maintain their value?
