$NWGC...hi 'DD dempsey'...thanks for your impeccable dd on this ticker as in other ones. Grabbed a starter position today on an alert from a friend.

Based on my limited dd, a reinstatement and reverse merger are two big catalysts on the horizon. The incoming (potential) CEO appears to be straight talking transparent individual. Probably the old debts that this company owed might have expired due to the statue of limitations.

Hoping to see the court date in the next few weeks or so. Once reinstated and the merger kicks in, this has the potential to make a huge move north. We've seen many tickers with similar SS moved from sub-pennies to as high as multi-dollars in recent times. Can this ticker produce similar ROI, depends on what the merging entity brings in based on their assay results (I believe its Rock Creek Mining). Once the momo starts no telling where it goes.
