What makes ZERO sense is this same fear being spouted over and over when it never ever comes to pass but people keep saying it.

$BBRW had 5 billion authorized shares for a very very long time and has never ever completely used that 1st 5 billion no matter that it is now 20B authorized shares

Authorized shares do not dilute stock.
Authorized shares is like a cars speedometer. No matter if it goes up to 60, 80, 120 or a digital 999. It makes no impact on the speed you drive, the speed limit of the road, or how much fear your insurance company should charge you extra for.
