A point worth repeating here. The $DRGV board has some peeps making false claims about custodianships not being suspended because they are in court. This is completely false. A civil court, hearing a motion for custody of a corporate entity, has no authority on that companies public trading status. The judge has nothing to say about any SEC actions. The SEC also does not care about any custody court case when making their decisions. They have suspended custodianships several times in the past.

The only way a judge can intervene in a SEC suspension is if you bring a suit against the SEC. Never seen this happen.
